Processing Time

• Orders are processed within a day for small packages and within 7 to 15 days for bulk packages.

• Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• For Express Shipping, extra charges may incur depending on address of the customer.

• For Express Shipping, customers are required to pay the full amount in advance.

• For International Shipping, customers are required to pay the full amount in advance.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping(Inside Kathmandu Valley): 2 to 3 business days

  • Standard Shipping(Outside Kathmandu Valley): 2 to 5 business days

  • Express Shipping(For Inside Kathmandu Valley Only): Within 2 Hours(Business Days)

  • International Shipping: 10 to 20 business days

• Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

• For Inside Country Delivery: Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation sms with tracking information.

• For Outside Country Delivery: Once your order is received, it will be carefully packed and dispatched to a third-party courier service. The tracking number will be provided to you within 2 to 4 days after it is issued by the courier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes For International Shipping

• For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
